Just like all of our Stainless barrels, the core portion of our carbon fiber blanks is made of the highest quality German 416R stainless. They are double stress relieved, honed on a Sunnen 1600 barrel hone to within .0001″ from end to end AND hand lapped.
These barrels feature a proprietary manufacturing process, where the carbon portion of the barrel is bonded to the stainless core. This gives a very low matrix content, for a more rigid and durable barrel.
